FRA GÅRD

Strategic Design 1

FRA GÅRD is a family driven shop and has been running for generations. They offer locally produced goods such as the famous homemade Lingonberry Jam from Solveig, freshly baked goods, handmade souvenirs making the shop more outstanding than others.

For this assignment we are to design a logo from a small shop in Austvågøy, Svolvær, Lofoten. The client wants the logo to be creative and logos that could work in various formats. Not a farmy logo. They believe that they can give tourists more authentic and personalized shopping experience through the region and of the locals.

I came up with the map idea for the logo. It is the map of Austvågøy, where the farm is located and added a little house in it which represents the shop.
